Things like paint and flooring are certainly doable if you hire professionals who can get the work done in a timely manner.

I have talked to both the VA eligibility department and my lender, and this is a legal and doable plan.

It sounds doable as similar things are done with syndications.Best of luck!

Learn about remediation of cat piss,.. trust me, it’s a horrible experience but totally doable.

We have both in and out of state property and its definitely do-able. :) We use Cozy (now Apartments.com) - its free and rent collection is set up by tenants and deposited monthly on schedule.

I am able to rent out the rooms and basement in my SFH and live 100% for free, so it is definitely doable.

It  seems doable to self manage to me. any other thoughts or similar experiences you may have dealt with
