I check the SEC, FINRA, ratings websites for inside information on the principals in the company.

On some websites, you can filter by number of units, bedroom, size, etc.

Not sure if something is out there in that respect, but I'd be curious to know!

Their membership website seems very in-depth and seems to answer so many questions one might have on their investment journey.

I'd recommend looking at property taxes on county website and comparing this to taxes on closing docs to see if it's been prorated or if it's the full amount.
