It's critical to to get references and work with BB&B-accredited and fully insured companies when this amount of money is involved.

Whenever there is assistance provided for income or assets purpose (DPA for closing cost and down payment) that closing takes little longer compare to regular closing.

Be sure to explore the tools provided by the BPC, there is a list of top markets that is updated regularly based on a number of criteria.

I have heard Texas and most areas would be closer to $100 when its all said and done.You can find good contractors through realtors, HBA in your area, REI Facebook groups and meetups etc.Make sure to check references of past and current clients, visit some jobs in process as you can tell a lot about a contractor by how the job site is kept up and organized.

One is a phenomenal area Buckhead and the other is more mediocre at best.How to analyze investments whatever they are regular syndications, DST's, TIC's comes with experience and time.  

Don't just call them once... make it a point to remain in regular contact with them (at least 1x per month) via phone, face to face, email, text, social media, mail, etc.At the same time, make it a point to add X number of NEW contacts to your database each day or week.
