Logistically they are thinking of the following regarding kitchen privileges:Each guest room is allowed to have a mini refrigerator in lieu of main refrigerator access and each guest/roommate gets full kitchen privileges with the exception of the refrigerator.Is that too restrictive and would my friend then have to settle for less than market rate to rent the rooms?

refrigeration is very tough we can no longer order ANY as a builder.. he said the big MF projects are scrambling he had a container of apartment refers go missing  cant rent with no refer..
