Would talk to people about partnering if you want to stay in the CA market, not pushing you away from out of state.. but there are deals here that cashflow and make sense too. 

It's worth mentioning that at my event, there was a heavy mentorship program that was pushed at the end.

This was pushed through in the last meeting (no vote) by the Board of Directors and will commence January 2025.

Otherwise, they will just push how far behind you will let them go.

My fee is 2.5% and I have not had any push back on that.

These policies always weed out competition, ultimately backfiring on the very people they are intended to protect.I’ll invest as always in CO, and while I won’t vote for people who push such policies, I’ll keep investing, knowing that more government prevents the market from working and introducing supply long-term, limiting my competition and driving up rents and demand from quality tenants ever faster.

Supposed the seller is gonna close on her new house on 7/5 and vacant the property by 7/8 but due to lender was not ready, closing was pushed to 7/9.
