As for the tenant being dramatic and not picking up, I’d like to point out that pregnancy is exhausting and pregnancy with complications is overwhelming beyond belief.

Contrary to popular belief, this is not set because I believe it will give me a higher return.

Instead, I invest in my belief about the market.I agree the evidence is compelling we might be near a peak.

I haven't found it necessary to self-promote, as my reputation precedes me, and I'm noticing for the first time this year I am getting a fair amount of traffic via referrals from other tenants prior to posting any ads.

My belief of financial freedom always centered on things like vacations, making my own schedule, and so on, but this helped me realize that the financial security for family is provided by wealth not the rich guy treadmill.
