Whether it’s curtains or blinds, it does not give any sense of privacy which is important to most guests. 

I work in my ugly basement but it's great because it gives me privacy and space. 

Less privacy than a SFH, but maybe the beach front will offset that.

Easiest way to househack but you give up privacy.

Privacy laws won't let you do that.You would have to message each person individually... and if you do that, you are just way better off sending DMM to that person and so you are back to square 1.

Give yourself up to 2 weeks to be fair with everyone, but be mindful of your seller's privacy needs in terms of showings.Until you are able to close, disclose what you are doing and what your value is to the transaction. 

Where is the yard and do you have any outdoor privacy?

This is great for privacy too.  

I'm just saying in the market I'm in privacy is king.
