I can't get a quote less than 300 from the big players in town.

The Hard Rock and Ocean Resort (old Revel) recently opened and certainly couldn't hurt the area.

No need to complicate it by resorting to commercial loans with shorter term, higher interest rates and other onerous terms.

I really like the arrowhead and running springs areas, but I'm not sure how much of a draw they'll have compared to big bear city, being right by the resorts.

Know who the big players are and if they are vulnerable to a change or even if it can be affected by changes in Climate.Getting a lot of these kinds of knowledge only make Common Sense.... but as the saying goes, if Common Sense was so common, would we be saying it that way?! 

Due to it's location, it is about an hour south, north, and east of three other major paintball fields, with lots of players in the area likely traveling to other areas. 

Yes I'd work with him tell him you want partial payment tomorrow, and get some money on the books,, I'd still give him the pay or quit,, tell him this is formality that you are willing to work with him but if things fail you will be left with no resort if he does not pay or agrees to vacate by end of month,, And remind him Dec rent is coming up..
