I did the Maine test in about the same time and did it the day after I had abdominal surgery and still passed with ease.The most useful things I learned from the classes are:1.

Contractors,  moving around furniture, covering it, plastic everywhere, etc for a week or two probably.   

Sometimes it's a plastic panel. 

And get the wax ring with a plastic insert on the inner part of the ring.

Electrical work is not rocket surgery.

Plus some plastic cups for kids.

The garbage in the backyard photo (the white shelving units, the scrap wood, the plastic tote full of paint cans and miscellaneous items, the metal shelving unit, and a vacuum cleaner or Bissel) was left there by you prior to our moving in.

Plastic jungle and other such sites have gift cards at a discount.

This includes tenting in plastic, disposable tools and warning tape.This has doubled the price of paint jobs on older places.

Something to do for dust contamination... buy a lot of sil (Maybe 2mm or so) and turn the area into a giant plastic bag.
