So some pieces go through nice and smooth while others get pinched a little and require me to push or pull them.

At least Arizona has jobs other than hospitality and entertainment that tend to nose dive when people have to pinch pennies.

If i need something in a pinch, I will call them up and them will drop it off at my office.

I'm looking for a place that requires a little work that is in a nice safe area where I can lease short term and in a pinch also to a long term tenant.I've been looking at Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Vero Beach, Deerfield Beach... and even taking a very cautious look in the beach areas of miami for a super tiny place (300 sf :) unsure of HOAs although I expect them to be high). 

I sucked up about 6 full shop vac buckets, dumping it manually out at the street storm drain then rushing back for more, battling the rising tide of chocolate milk, floating turds and tampons until the plumber showed up to clear the line.

We've actually resorted to back yard fires a few times because the smore chocolate was too hard.  

Again, we're pinching pennies here.

Sure, at some point we'll start to feel the margin pinch - but I think we've got a long way to go, especially because legislators are struggling on how to deal with the sharing economy.
