Some other features/amenities that my guest can do at my property that they can’t do at any hotel are: have pets and walk them right by the house, 421 legally, BBQ and have 20 friends and family over to celebrate a special occasion(way cheaper to do a celebration at my property as well), full kitchen access(saves even more money, especially with a family or multiple people in a group).

We are maintaining a portion adjacent to a home that has pets and need to keep the fence intact.The contractor is cutting the posts at ground level and has instructed us to put topsoil over the what remains of the posts.

Other options are: 1) Ignore it 2) Send them notice of extra pet deposit and fees if they want to keep second cat 3) Tell them they will be evicted for breaking the rules of the lease which states one cat?
