I am not the license police.. but again your credibility gets shot when you make these kind of statements and the way you post, like your some friend of the BP members who just Happen to steer them to ONLY the people that pay you.. thats the reality of who you are and what you do at least from your public on line persona..

Issue is probably you don't know enough after a couple years of chasing systems, strategies and guru tactic junk to even ask a question, won't be long before the agent figures out that you just took on the persona of a real estate investor and don't have a clue, they will stop asking and write you off as another no money, no credit, no job, no income, guru book reading real estate wannabe.

If there's any cash from me left in the property at any time...I'm behind...and I have that much at risk.The faster I get ahead, the less risk I have...and the further ahead I am.Like I've said before, I have yet to figure out how to pay for a pizza without cash, because I don't know how to figure out which part of my house is paid off (equity) so I can give the pizza delivery person a brick from that part of the house.
