No one knows if the fed will pause its hike cycle and to what end that will affect price action.

Instead I pause and ask myself the following: Who are they, where are they coming from, and how can I serve them?

Wells Fargo did them too (60% LTV) up until about a month or two ago, but they put a temporary pause on them due to COVID.

So the more LLCs you have, the more your tax preparer will charge you.Regarding the property acquisition... putting the above on pause for a moment, it's much harder to find a traditional lender who will give you a mortgage in an LLC.

After not loving the layout (and having a designer friend in their network) they chose to pause the progress and evaluate their options for layouts and/or possible additions on the property, trying to maximize the potential of this deal.

@Sean McKee I always used to show occupied units during Covid, but I have mostly paused that.

I do believe that life's big decisions ought to give you pause and maybe instill a bit of fear in you, so I am also trying to take that as a cue that I'm not totally lost here!

If you pause for a moment and think about the last time you really invested in something, most people would have to think hard.
