Say what you want about that but I'd be looking out for myself and if the person doing the reference checks isn't smart enough to go back further... that's on them. in markets for rental areas that have high proportion of tenants  like the mid west were something like 50 to 60% of all folks rent.. your telling the truth flat guarantee most landlords with a bummer tenant is going to say anything they can to get them to move on.in nicer areas of A class 700 fico tenants this is not really as big of an issue

It's close to Columbus, which means you've got folks who work there but want more affordable homes, making it a solid market for rental properties.

Notary then those signing also have to give thumb prints .. which some folks are really squirmy with they dont want their thumb prints out in the public realm.. this all changed about 20 years ago or so with all the mortgage fraud of the 90s. 

H2 2022- fwd will be high debt and understanding how to operate in that environment is new to a lot of folks, but the chance to succeed and qualify your risk taking is absolutely there.Hold more reserves.

I recently heard that was a thing and I was mind blown, that in 2024, there's still folks with toilets that can't handle toilet paper.My opinion, it's disgusting.
