In terms of underwriting, often water and Gas will be paid by the owners, while in most situations there are separate electric meters.

I don't want to expose my family to unnecessary risk/leverage, but I also want to build on the momentum.I would be very grateful to hear the thoughts of this community on how to stay on the gas and not hit the breaks for at least a year and risk losing any momentum.

Both were in the way of a new house being built.The other time it was my electrical service lines (in the air) and gas line were both crossing the neighbors' property.
