The tracks are concealed by tall pines so not an eyesore, but I'd imagine the noise impacting the 6 lots closest to the tracks would do someone's head in over time.

thank U for claifying  having been in the Timber business for many years last thing you want is someone trying this on their own.not only the tree falling but mangling them selves with the chain saw. their is a very robust art to downing treesin our work a day world we were working with softwood  Doug Fir Cedar Pine .. some redwood so those babies were 100 to 140 foot tall.and a good feller could drive a nail they were so acurate at dropping them.. but most anyone who has worked in that line of work is missing digets or got maimed somehow.. my partner had a log roll on him and those things weight thousands of pounds crushed his foot. 

I believe there is some vacation rental business around Pine and Stone Lakes too. 

Pine Hills and Orlovista are traditionally the rougher areas of Orlando.

When she moved out , we sent notice of non renewal that week, she cleaned with significant pine sol smell.  

I use SW7696 Toasted Pine Nut in rentals and this is what it looks like.

The town of Paradise was set in the Pines.. so that would be like Sisters getting torched  ..  

It was 94 year old pine that was still in really great shape.
