I'm picturing something along the lines of the "Mr Money Mustache World Headquarters" (https://www.mrmoneymustache.com/2017/08/02/introducing-the-m...); so something like $50 a month for 40-50 members; but I'm not sure if that's total naiveté / his model depends on the fact he's already got a million followers and customers are basically signing up to be in the fan club, not looking for office space...

Today he owns over fifty trucks and hauls milk and juice all over the tri-state area and has built himself a nice net worth.He always advised me to take a different path, though.On one of our trips to Florida to visit Terry and my sister we ended up going to one of Terry's commercial properties he owned.

I own a property in Cleveland, My first experience with a Management company there was with Monument, and was honestly terrible.My second one is not great, the guys are milking us with non necessary fixings in a unit the tenant is not paying and we have been having issues for a long time. we are never able to make a penny because they invoice some repairs.

Put in a couple of different coffee making options (drip, pour over, french press, grinder, maybe an inexpensive milk foamer).

Milking every dollar out of the property. 

They try to milk it until it get's so bad the DNS (department of neighborhood services) get's on their case and then try to sell it.

I also included some paper plates, cups, bread, milk & eggs in the fridge and a colouring book  and crayons for the girl.Cost to me just under $100.... 

It is likely that one of these lawyers is trying to milk one of you. 

Spent a couple of hours scrubbing dried mac and cheese and gum off my rugs, chocolate milk on the walls (and ceiling somehow???). 

These people will milk it out with the closed courts and Covid situation.
