I have a couple thousand "cold leads" to go through, they are all the homes in the area with a TPT license, so I know a lot of them are trash.

The company itself is pretty much finished and the owner has had her licenses suspended indefinitely

My guess is your neighbors are operating without a permit.So there's an incentive to not even apply for a license.

Can someone guide me where to apply and obtain a license to build this basement unit to an official unit with its address, electric, and other amenities?

It’s probably too late now, but I would add to renewal or future leases that appliances provided in the home are courtesy only and Landlord is not responsible for maintenance or repairs to them; then list such appliances.

I doubt 99% of those that were drafted have been licensed for circulation beyond the intended party but that's besides the point.  

I'm not just talking about them notarized wich we already did 2x but filling out the " Statement of fact" paper wich wants your drivers license your ,sdn all address for last ten years all spouses and children's info your employment history and a narrative about why you don't want the property plus your notary and thumb print.
