I think I would probably talk to an attorney tbh these business purpose non regulated loans do not have rate locks that have to be honored legally.. they can and do change them unilaterally.. borrower accepts counters or declines and loan fails. 

However if it’s a really big hazard and they fail to take care of it quickly, I might just take care of it myself rather than taking any legal action, personally.

I don't know your state but I suspect you would be breaking some law, as you are likely unable to legally market something you don't own or have use and possession rights.

Although the forum input can be helpful, you need to have proper legal precautions in place rather than opinion.

I could only imagine the legal agremeents needed on who has what right/easements etc.

If you have buyers ready, selling your contracts becomes much easier.- Be Transparent in Your DealsHonesty goes a long way in this business.

I think they just get NV corps for tax purposes maybe but they are not legal... and many are out right scammers..
