It pays more to younger work force who obviously get attracted to Valley's lure of hitting a jackpot if one of their future dot com is crowned the next unicorn, compared to old dawgs, since they know young folks are willing to do more, work on weekends, sleep under the desk if needed as long  as they are fed free food.

What's certain is 20k/year and that's like the jackpot around here as most people on here are struggling to break even on their leveraged properties. $200/month is like nothing when it can be wiped out killing your returns for the entire year after uncertain capital expenses.BTW I have my GED so don't take any of my advice literally without thinking for yourself.

When responding to someone, type the @ symbol and then start typing their name, and this way they will be tagged and know that you responded to them.I love the ambition; never confuse ambition with action.
