What is customary for you in your experience with your PM and what is extraordinary (or outrageous)?

We decided not to go with him because, not only did we not have the best interaction with him when he lived in the house, we felt he wouldn't operate with our best interest in mind considering that his daughter lives in the house.  

I've learned through the years that whether your experience with Section 8 is positive or negative is heavily based on the Section 8 agency you will interact with.
