My point of emphasis is that the same strategies of wealth creation and preservation are rapidly evolving and real estate as part of an investment or retirement portfolio might be more intelligent and essential than ever.

I'm excited to connect with and learn from you all.I've spent a lot of time speaking with intelligent and knowledgeable people as well as reading up a good deal on the subject, and I find interactions with people that have experience to be the best sources of information.

I am reading the Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham right now and I am betting these letters will supplement the book nicely.

That guy is miles more savvy and intelligent than me, and is advocating a strategy that I wouldn't touch with a 10-foot poll.

Artificial intelligence will take over sooner rather than later so we need to start making plans.
