That being said, pretty much every investor that reaches out to us seems to be under the impression that they would be our only investor client and that we are sitting on tons of pocket-listings (off market listings) that we are just praying for someone like them to take off our hands at insane discounts.

There's a lot I haven't explored as I'm just diving in, but I've been impressed by what I've seen so far and know this is going to save me a ton of time keeping on top of everything and managing turnover.So I'm willing to wait a little while for the direct booking feature to be completed :)

I would grab anyone who will do it for you and I would expect you will pay 15 to 20% apr for those type of loans given the risk profile.. has nothing to do with you personally as a qualified borrower but for a PML if something went wrong and they are sitting behind 3 to 15k mil in senior debt most could not pay off the first to protect themselves.

If you are working with section 8 voucher’s recipient they most likely not the greatest profile on paper.
