Go to Etsy and search for "rental property tracker," and you will find hundreds of nice spreadsheets to track 10-20 rentals, usually for under $10.Software has extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button, and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

I'm new to REI and have been searching for a multi-family for the past few months now and haven't had much luck, decided to pull up some forums and found this post!

I would only consider investing in a syndication where the property and plan for it was identified so that I could do as much due diligence as possible.

I also searched both these topics with no luck.

A simple search on a service like Propstream will show you what properties have them.
