Seeing the title of your post, I was thinking of a different list: - I need a good mortgage broker - I need a good insurance broker - I need good attorneys - I need good staff - I need good contrators of all sortsIf I have all that, things move in the right direction.

You're essentially reviewing homes, and showing the host what they need to doo to keep standards up without the title of being the home manager.

@Ted Akers  OK I got it.. you take title or an entity you have ownership has title .. and no loan is done..

You also cannot complete your Title review until you have a survey.
