Lenders don't really care where the money comes from any longer as long as it's there.You can also look into seller-financing but that's putting the carriage in front of the horse at the moment.Best of luck.

I do understand though that they are a clearing house for many HML ers.. so the actual notes have a higher rate that what peer st. offers.. it just seems like a race to the bottom on yield for the easy to understand residential mortgages..
