Lenders don't really care where the money comes from any longer as long as it's there.You can also look into seller-financing but that's putting the carriage in front of the horse at the moment.Best of luck.

You can do it, but you are putting the cart before the horse on all of this.

So I figured I would get it straight from the horses mouth and ask you all directly.

I'm going all in because i want to get out of the rat race at a job where all my co workers hate life.

I do understand though that they are a clearing house for many HML ers.. so the actual notes have a higher rate that what peer st. offers.. it just seems like a race to the bottom on yield for the easy to understand residential mortgages..
