Anyways, I'm on track to graduate with a Business degree in Accounting and Finance.

Getting a separate line even if on your property would be better and defiantly get a strong written agreement to avoid this in the future.I hope my response is helpful to some degree.

To be honest, It thought me more than my master degree did.I am not saying jump into it, but find a partner if needed, you will learn more.Good Luck

Every since getting my degree, I've been in sales/ retail but have recently decided to enroll in school for welding.

And I have fancy degrees in finance and economics and a real estate investment certificate from Harvard if anyone cares lol.  

Hi @Anibal MejiasThanks for the advices I understand now that from one block to the other, it could be 180 degrees difference My main target and strategy is income rental cash flow, yes I get the market’s appreciation is really low, and yes houses are old, but maybe for flippers, it’s not the bestI appreciate everyone’s advices and thoughts I’ll definitely be in touch Thanks

@Bella KaufWeather-- if it gets below 20 degrees, I get calls about the HVACs not working (they are, it's insanely cold), and then you have to worry about pipes freezing.. and then when it gets super hot, you similar calls about it not working again (it's working, it's hot outside!)  

Second: do you even need a masters degree to reach that goal?  

I am also taking online classes paying thousands of dollars every semester on a degree i can care less about which is really not gonna change my salary it will probably drop it if i decide to use it.

It took longer than most but I finally graduated from Bryant University with a technical business degree and zero school debt.
