Getting a separate line even if on your property would be better and defiantly get a strong written agreement to avoid this in the future.I hope my response is helpful to some degree.

Hi @Anibal MejiasThanks for the advices I understand now that from one block to the other, it could be 180 degrees difference My main target and strategy is income rental cash flow, yes I get the market’s appreciation is really low, and yes houses are old, but maybe for flippers, it’s not the bestI appreciate everyone’s advices and thoughts I’ll definitely be in touch Thanks

@Bella KaufWeather-- if it gets below 20 degrees, I get calls about the HVACs not working (they are, it's insanely cold), and then you have to worry about pipes freezing.. and then when it gets super hot, you similar calls about it not working again (it's working, it's hot outside!)

I am also taking online classes paying thousands of dollars every semester on a degree i can care less about which is really not gonna change my salary it will probably drop it if i decide to use it.
