For those of you who went, what were the highlights for you? 

I usually get the audio and if it’s great I then get the book and listen to the audio, highlight and make notes.

From my experience watchibng several BP webinars that cover analysis of properties , the presenter usually highlights an estimate of 5% of monthly income from a propety for saving for capital expenditures.

I essentially paid someone to read me the highlights of Tom’s book.
