Ideally I want to build a duplex style Chalet. 

Usually draw much higher rents than garden style apts.

As a contractor knowing my worth , and setting My prices has allowed me a very comfortable life style Credit , I have so much credit at suppliers its scary .

When I bought the property for $115k back in 2014 I knew the neighborhood would change over time and lord has it.  2 houses around me were torn down and new builds on the same sqft and style have been built at the tune $290k each, recently sold so the data is solid. 

Do a property search and choose residential and change property style to mobile w/o land.

Thanks in advance for your feedback/ If it is the old style 1/2" thick oak, and you have enough to cover a couple of rooms, yes, you can probably find a buyer.

It's not fun doing your dishes in the tub but when all is said and done, it's a great way to build equity. 

It definitely made me think about my investing style.

2-should we style the bathroom according to our (California) standards or research local standards? 

If not that is fine also but I am trying to see if anyone can suggest a company that would be able to refinance this style property and how much higher the interest rate would be.I want to pull the trigger but want to make sure I can refinance this after some time with not problems.Thanks for your feedback in advance!
