Because if you think about why, when a lender makes a guideline/overlay change to make their applications cleaner(higher FICO, reserves, strong DTI, low LTV, shorter terms) they know application count will be way down.

I plan on using some of their security deposit to hire cleaners, after getting a few quotes.  

I think I'll have to hire someone for this, and to be safe, leave it empty for a few days before seeing if cleaners can go in, if needed.

It should give you liability protection and provide some cleaner books.

I like the idea of having all applicants included on the lease, but having 1 person on the Cozy account that is submitting payment in full for all as it would be cleaner and easier to manage.

I was initially doing it myself but realized the 20-30 minute commute every time was unfeasible, so I put out some ads for local cleaners and found some awesome help. 

Keeping a cool head will make breaking off a contract easier and cleaner, without the need to litigate.
