I'm only thinking of your flexibility here, to hold out for the right tenant next time, or your need to shove a loud gym next to them if offered... which won't make the insurance company too happy. 

I go to the gym and don't need outside motivation. 

Mostly they are interested in having access to the community gym next door if they lease from us.I was wondering if anyone has some creative ideas for renting the space out?

More amenities: pool, laundry, gym, clubhouse* A class — 5-10 yrs old.

The building houses a strength and conditioning facility (gym) that I own with partners. 

I notice that some markets are overwhelmed with large apartment complexes with pools, gyms, etc.

So if you have a 1Bed/1Bath single family home, you can't use an apartment complex with a pool and a gym as a direct comp.

Showered at the gym until I finished tiling/grouting/caulking.

Had it on a Saturday in the school gym.
