Our job as lenders is to provide education for clients for THEIR SPECIFIC scenario, not to educate the population as a guru on why they should get into real estate investing.

It requires virtually no education, but demands higher availability in exchange (on-call).

But that's just my semi-educated guess.

We know there need, want and interest, we have collected all the info, they have been well informed and educated of the process, it's now all but a functionary call, to complete process items.
