Came in, signed a one-year lease, made oodles of noise about saving up for a down payment.

I've been doing the BRRRR strategy though yet to refinance, bought 2 in last year and will have 0 money left in after refi (massive reno projects), so it all depends on your capability, and how much grind you want to put in, in my opinion...The more work, the higher the return should be. 

I know closing deals is easier said than done and there are tons of steps to closing, but I am ready to grind my way to financial freedom. 

Parking, noise, use of utilities, density, beauty/style, are only a few of the considerations when a conditional use permit or zoning variance is granted.  

It's a grind, but it's worth it!

Basically, lots of noise for the next year.

I already gave them one warning about all of the above items ("excessive noise", unauthorized pet, parking violations, trash, all in one warning). 

I lost a few other good tenants because I'm still doing construction on the building and they didn't want the noise. 

I'm more than willing to do the work and grind, but I think some direction could really help me.
