Description looks very interesting!

The best description I've found for, and argument for using, the SCOR document is from the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions.

Within a couple of days we noticed a scam posting of our rental with our pictures and description and address but listed for $800 instead of the $1000 we are asking.

Get the Tax ID number for the lot if it has been split or reference the geographic boundaries.

You can break your search up by geographic region, state, metro area, etc., and/or export to excel. 

Horrible single picture, hardly any description, classic!  

You may get a few dead leads and unqualified people but how many can depend on a variety of things (location, rent amount, listing description, etc.).To effectively screen prospective tenants, you can/should ask for W-2 forms, recent pay stubs, employment verification, landlord referral letters, and conduct a background check on them as well.

I am not sure if Wholesale is the right description for these people, but you know what I'm talking about.

I liked this episode a lot more than I expected when I read the description.
