I'll forgo the fact that there's 5 times the history of data in actuarial science as there is in the data used to make these global warming claims and ask if this is the same liberal fly that supported Obama-care which supports the philosophy of "covering a pre-existing condition", the most stupid, blatant, uninformed, nonsense assault on one of the most basic principles of actuarial science that any private or public executive has ever perpetrated?

You can on occasion get them to drop the amount, but rarely will they forgo a note.In my opinion, it is imperative you speak to a seller to screen against MI policies.

I would then pay whatever interest amount is due on the HELOC back to my parents, and (hopefully) they forgo tacking on a premium for the headache!
