Thus, taking the path of most resistance and doing the due diligence to protect your money will benefit you 10 fold.

. :-)Ever since real estate has been heavily been securitized and folded in to "the stock market", the cycle is pretty simple to follow if you're paying attention.

Taking it slow now may seem painful, but it will pay off 10 fold, if you crawl before you walk.
