I’m currently in southern New Mexico and have several properties I’m looking at, but I’m having trouble locating the deed history to pull up any lines or judgments on the property.

My husband and I just purchased a condo in Mexico with our Self Directed IRA.

We had an agreement that they could rent month to month, as long as they kept communication open and let us know of a move at least 2 months in advance because we rent from Mexico and our condo is in Canada.

Once I start looking again I will probably have to look at Augusta, Rumford/Mexico areas etc.

@Pablo Flores I only have experience using a Ring Flood Camera at our front door that is hardwired, ie always powered, unless there is a power outage of course.

They can't take your plumber/electrician job to mexico/india and can't bring an illegal or h1b here to do it.Bottom line.
