The process of moving towards that mythical/ ever changing  goal of financial freedom/wealth is the meaningful part of the journey.  

However, those details matter in order to have a meaningful conversation.  

Anyone can disparage anyone else, or tarnish a company's reputation, without cause or supporting evidence... and do so without public consequence as a result of being able to post anonymously or with a made-up name.If posters were somehow grouped (perhaps using banking, credit card, or paypal info) into "identity verified" and "identity unconfirmed" categories and shown as such in their posts, we'd have something meaningful with which to judge their disparaging comments... since verified users run the risk of having to defend their actions in civil court.It's a shame that mankind has yet to (and probably never will) transcend beyond the knee-jerk reaction of name-calling and lumping every personal experience as the "only kind of experience others could possibly have" with a company or product.  

Sounds like you have a lot of equity that you would like to extract and use elsewhere.

Usually ample data exists to extract GRM's.

I look for highly motivated sellers not trying to extract every last basis point out of a deal by multiple rounds of bidding etc.

If likely , do you expect to see a meaningful or massive increase in property taxes to make up for loss in state revenue? 

@John Tokarz I've constructed vapor extraction system for my engineering clients but not for my tenants.

The point with metrics is you need to understand what they mean, how they are derived and what is meaningful and what is not.

You need to think about the whole parcel of land and how to extract the most to YOUR benefit.
