The association also argues that all the members and the association itself have a right to privacy which extends to an expectation that information lawfully obtained by any member is to remain private and not to be publicly disclosed. 

It will be sad to sell but I’m not sure we have any options with out possibly over extending ourselves.  

5 years isn't much for roofing, (unless i'm wrong) plus it would extend my ROI for atleast another 5 years. 

Their rates are a bit better than hard money, they often offer a bit longer term, maybe 12 months with the option to extend later for an additional fee in-case you don't finish as planned.

If the seller will only sell with a balloon, then demand a clause with the option to extend with no, or low consideration.I see great architecture, especially commercial, in some of the small towns in Texas.

Extend your inspection period if needed, don’t jump to conclusions until you have seen the unit......but don’t allow the tenant to put you and the seller off any longer, insist on an inspection soon.

I doubt they will extend it to the "A" lending portfolio as many of them have thriving "B" portfolios due to the extremely difficult lending environment the federal government has created in an attempt to help the affordable housing problem that was created by them in the first place. 

Morris Invest is not what I would consider a true turnkey company even if they were operating as promised (which they are not - just reference the many and extended threads about them here on BP).  

Under that circumstance my personal liability as a homeowner will extend to the in law.

The deal works at the particular # but I am still extending, trying to get the lowest price.
