My suggestion would be to select someone with the most forum posts or most reviews.

Posting a link to the property will help as we can give an honest review of the listing.

For the institutional we have a factright report they can review about us and for our retail investors we try and educate and be transparent.

That being said, you need to carefully Review Your Documents, Start by reviewing the promissory note and any other documents related to the loan.

Its always good to plan ahead and review your scenario to make sure you are ready to execute your next deal when you come across one rather than just wing in it and find out you are stuck between a rock and a hard place.
