Why was is so difficult for at least one doctor to tell me to stop exercising for a few days  because after I stopped exercising almost 100% of my pain is gone and I am only taking on of the 7 different medications I was prescribed and those medications may have already destroyed my organs.I wrote this for sympathy (not really).

@Mallikarjun Reddy Pateel thanks for the question...curious to see some responses.My prediction with these virtual management companies is they evolve to control the industry, or fail miserably and take all their clients out of the investment industry when they fail...they are reactive management, and that is recipe for disaster...who is walking the property every quarter to make sure the gutters are not clogged and backing up into the basement, destroying the foundation...or interviewing tenants, and keeping rental increases regular...are they actually addressing tenant needs?

I’ve also had tenants destroy carpets that we’re still very usable and had a lot of life in it and in those cases, I did charge(prorated).

If you can acquire long term tenants that wont completely destroy your property, that's probably more valuable than making an extra 100-200 on tenants who do.
