That might be the single most important point - 2 out of the 3 properties have come as off market deals through our network, and we also found our attorney, accountant, agent, contractors, etc through our network.

Find ways to consistently and systematically add more people to your database each week - i.e. cold calling, networking, online marketing4.

Our Brokerage runs the largest REI networking group in Lansing.

Looking for guidance, networking and a path forward.
