Driving for dollars sounds great but takes a lot of time and hits.

Most of them are also not very deep, leaving many situations unregulated.

You can buy a list of investors or build one yourself by creating a website, driving traffic through educational content, and offering value.

There's a reason I'm not buying them though... because if cash flow is the driving factor for me, Fanduel has some great parlay boosts :) I want wealth and putting down 50k to make $150/month doesn't excite me.  

I had to work with them to dig a conduit ditch  8 feet deep to get a transformer added.

I work for a builder, a lot SF investors laying roots here.

Be wary and seek advice about everything before you dive into the deep end.       

Chris I agree that the administrative burden drives minimum investment amounts higher to make sure the juice is worth the squeeze to the sponsor.

If I can work to track the number of offers I'm making per week or per day with my clients it will drive the business not only on the transaction side but will push and pull forward the need for off market deal flow.
