Why would you pay for the tenants decorations?

Any of these scheduled for Dec or Jan?

All she sees in a bigger 'fancier' house is: more work and more pressure to 'decorate fancy'.

(except for the decorative pieces).

As an agent, this tells me that you're looking for a home you can occupy, decorate and enjoy.

If the tenant is a slob then you most likely don't want to show the place.On the other hand a tenant that is neat and has taken the time to decorate their apartment it is great.

Only small picture hooks may be used to hang pictures and decorative items on the walls.

This has put me in a small financial strain now as they have not paid the mortgage in DEC or JAN.

Instead of a security system or metal grates, I'd just replace the entry doors with good looking solid wood exterior doors with small decorative windows at the top, and of course a deadbolt.

renov is comestic, upgrade, it's a 60's house in all the decor sense. i already have a realistic budget.based on a similar purchase on the same street by me last wk, my offer will be really embarassing.should i wait, let it list, sit in market...and approach later?
