I thoguht about starting a forum about it.. but I noticed that @Brandon Turner is always recommending newbies to get started with multi-family, like.. a duplex or whatever, but.. here in Central Florida, they are far and few between, and believe me.. there are investors lined up for the ones that are available (and not available).. but, in regard to buy and hold strategies, Orlando specifically has several unique real estate qualities to it that make it different to almost all other cities.. primarily, (and this is still underrated I feel like) ..this is the top tourist destination on Planet Earth.. that alone is enough to create some interesting markets, and indeed there are.

Been kinda cruising the internet for someone I can rep for and haven't found anybody that's been very responsive, which actually surprises me some.Just looking to get paid on closed loans if I connect borrower and lender (and screen the deal, of course), anybody know of anybody out there (that I could feel good representing) that'd do that sort of thing?

Now these are not destination areas so the idea is to not have transient drifters coming in and out and doing god knows what when they are there.  

Loans that are destine for Fannie, Freddie and Ginnie ("big investors").  

Those points can be redeemed for travel, cruises, hotels, gift card, etc.

I've had friends to go on cruises through Alaska and said nothing but wonderful things.

You are better of joining a local investment club along with cruising this forum.

I prefer to enjoy the journey to just concentrating on the destination.

This encompasses all different styles of beach community from sleepy Dauphin Island and Seaside to lively and more touristy areas like Gulf Shores and Destin.
