To make the report perfect for your needs, you can:Filter by Class(=property) to see the cash flow by propertyFilter by Name(=Customer=tenant) to see the cash flow by tenant The Filter is a tab under "Customize Report" If you're missing transactions that should be there or getting extra transactions that shouldn't, you can tweak the CFS under Edit-->Preferences-->Reports & Graphs-->Company Preferences-->Classify Cash.

So this is what I've done so far...I created a Facebook fanpage, an ad on ebay classifieds, an ad on Craigslist, an ad on backpage, I've posted the deal in the BP marketplace, and the deal is posted in my local REIA classifieds page.

If you are going to play in real estate game then you need to have experts around you: accountant, real estate lawyer and title company are a good start.A rehabber that does any level of volume is going to be classified as a dealer by the IRS.
