A doctor starts out as an intern and they get worked like dogs in the beginning.

The last key is call everyone your supposed to meet the day before and remind them, like a doctor's office.

But we owned a huge house.And every time someone would come over and do work on something on the house, they would ask, “Wow are you a doctor?”

hi guys, on a big time crunch between 40 hr job/driving my son between his sports activities/orthodontist/doctors and pre school errands... so I apologize if my question has been answered in the past already...I hope u will forgive me my lack of research on that subject...So if I am buying a fourplex and it cost 250k, then it needs 20k work, then how does the arv value calculated?

The most responses I get from people when they find out that I was a landlord and saw my home, was "are you a doctor, a lawyer", and I would say no I'm just a Landlord, and they would say, "Wow, and that's all you do".

You can't publicly market partnerships like you might cookies.I'm not saying you can't partner with your doctor, who would probably be an accredited investor anyway, but what you sell to him is not an investment product, it's an opportunity to partner on a specific transaction.And, he might ask why you think you're worth 50% when most intelligent people know there are managers available.
