Challenges?

I run two big groups on fb and we have been bombarded by big pocket end buyers so closing big commercial deals 10M+ is not the challenge here. 

I happen to know the Gran Tulum project pretty well but I don't think it's fair for me to share my opinion in a public forum when the developer isn't there to "defend" it if needed.

Challenges?

This is because the envelope of the home was not built to modern standards and making functional living area can be challenging unless you have a lot of real estate to work with.

Also, I’ve purchased occupied foreclosures in Connecticut and have managed the eviction process, which has been challenging but manageable.

One of the Biggest Challenges I see for All Real Estate Investing Education Companies out there are Students not being able to take action which resorts to blame and failure.

I relate with knowing I want to build my real estate portfolio but feeling overwhelmed with how to choose a market (I live in Seattle which is similar to CA with regards to the price to rent ratio challenges), so I wanted to share my current plan.

Also, the crazy thing is this broker is still believing their BS, and he and his sister are defending them.

Every state has their own real estate laws of course, so legal compliance will also be challenging.
