Has anyone used the Big Cardboard Urgent envelopes from Yellowletters.com or another site?

It bled through to the top of the granite and adhered the cardboard to the granite. 

If the borrower defaults, the issuer can seize the collateral but cannot seek out the borrower for any further compensation, even if the collateral does not cover the full value of the defaulted amount.Non-recourse loans are more risky for the bank because if the debt defaults and Loan amount is higher than the liquidation value of the collateral then the bank loses money.

I would venture to say that if I was fairly certain that a smoker tenant would treat the property as my friends had, I wouldn't have any issue renting to them.  

When I brought it up, the agent just said it was standard and that it wouldn’t be an issue renting it back out in 90 days if I can’t get what want.

@Anthony Lam , not too far from you in L.A , the housing issue really is a big thing here of course.

I ended up with a huge pile for the trash man AND about 1/2 of a truckload of cardboard that I brought home.  

I heard this may be an issue.  Renting

You cannot buy a cardboard box here for less than 650k, and that’s in Compton.
