The problem started 3 weeks into the lease, the toilet was clogged up, I called a plumber and he unclogged the toilet, everything was good until a week later when the sink and bathtub and toilet clogged up.

In this last rehab when we discovered the busted pipe I used the opportunity to retile the entire master bath tub while we did the repair.

The back house needs rehab in bathroom bathtub.

I emailed my landlord asking if the house was for sale and he replied that he would be willing to consider it.The house is in a good location but it needs new carpets and some light fixes (the oven is old and the bath tub is old and needs replacement).

Sellers are pushing back on my requested repairs such as repairing soft flooring around the bathtub (likely caused, again by water/plumbing issues) and HVAC evaluation.  

@Kevin DeeI've never used bathfitters, but what I do is buy a 3 piece bath tub wall set by Delta sold at home depot.

Door is already installed.I am planning to do all work myself as I have experience installing a bathtub/tiles vanity.

Maintenance came to unclog my shower/bathtub when I was gone.

New vinyl "wood" plank flooring throughout, new cabinets, countertops, dishwasher, sinks and faucets, lighting fixtures, paint, window treatments, door seals... literally everything but the bathtub and stove was replaced, and it looks beautiful.
